Indian Rocks Beach, Florida - It's been around for over 20 years, spicing up palettes along the beaches. Thai Pan Alley's owner Jon Wing calls it "urban Thai cuisine," Thai food made to order for Americans.

The spicy flavors are still there, from mild, medium and hot American, to hot Thai and even hotter, super devil Thai hot!

They have a thriving take out business or you can kick back and enjoy your food, either inside or on their outdoor patio.

Here are a few of Thai Pan Alley's specialty dishes:

Ma-Ma Sun - Stir fried chicken and shrimps with onions, scallions, mushrooms, baby corn, celery, bamboo, water chestnut, carrots, and eggs in our special sauce.

Drunk Noodles - Rice noodles stir fried with chicken and shrimps with onions, scallions, mushrooms, baby corn, celery, carrots and green peppers in Thai-Pan chili wine sauce.

Pra-Ram - Stir fried chicken with fresh mixed vegetables in peanut sauce.

Uan-Ta-Lay - New Zealand Mussels, crabs, scallops, shrimps and squids, onions, scallions, celery, mushrooms, carrots, water chestnut and green peppers in Thai Pan wine-sauce.

Seafood Ruam Mit - New Zealand Mussels, crab meat, shrimps, squids, and scallops with onions, mushrooms, celery, carrots, scallions, baby corns, gingers and bean thread noodles in Thai-pan chili jam wine sauce.
