Tampa, Florida -- Pelagia Trattoria is not your run of the mill hotel restaurant. Executive Chef Fabrizio Schenardi has created a modern, Italian influenced menu with lots of local flavor.

The restaurant has a wide open feel with plenty of beautiful murano glass. The kitchen is open so you can see Chef Schenardi at work, creating magnificent dishes for your eyes and pallete.

The restaurant is located in the Renaissance Hotel at International Plaza in Tampa and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
