Here's yet another reason to get your body movin': a new study shows exercise may lower fatigue and depression in women being treated for breast cancer.
In total, 240 women with breast cancer took part in the University of Miami study. They enrolled in the study between four and 10 weeks after undergoing surgery.
The study found women who exercised the most between surgery and starting stress management or self-help therapy had the least depression and fatigue.
