Tampa, FL - This November, Democrats are hoping that a referendum to leagalize medical marijuana in Florida will draw out young and liberal voters to the polls and help Charlie Crist beat Rick Scott.
Though it is not certified for the November ballot just yet, Republicans are calling it a ploy by those backing Crist to help him win.
According to the Tampa Tribune, some Democrats, say Republicans are trying to keep the measure off the ballot because they fear the voters it would draw to the polls.
