COOPER CITY, Fla. (AP) - Authorities are searching for a burglary suspect who allegedly struck and killed two bicyclists as he was fleeing in a stolen car.

The Broward Sheriff's Office says the bicyclists were struck just after 7 a.m. Sunday as they rode through a Cooper City intersection. Both bicyclists died at the scene.

Authorities say the suspect abandoned the car at the scene and fled on foot. Additional details about the victims and the suspect were not immediately available.
