Melbourne Beach, Florida (FL Today) -- A Melbourne Beach man remains in custody after police said he swam naked with an 11-year-old child and later attempted to entice a home healthcare nurse to go to a nearby bedroom after locking her in his house.
Juergen Heinricher, 30, was charged with lewd and lascivious behavior involving a minor younger than 16, false imprisonment and battery on a health care official after Melbourne Beach police were called about 1 p.m. Saturday to a home in the 200 block of Ash Avenue to investigate a disturbance.
Melbourne Beach police said an investigation uncovered information that Heinricher was initially home alone with two children belonging to a woman he recently met online, officials report.
"He was naked in the pool while his girlfriend's 11-year-old was swimming. She was clothed," said Melbourne Chief Dan Duncan today.
The nurse arrived a short time later for an appointment to treat Heinricher for an ongoing condition, and found Heinricher nude, Duncan said.
He then grabbed the nurse's arm and attempted to pull her to a bedroom but then locked the front door when she resisted, Duncan said.
Heinricher was arrested and taken to the Brevard County Jail Complex where he remains held without bond. The Department of Children and Families was also contacted.
