New Port Richey, Florida - Detectives with the Pasco County Sheriff's Office are looking for 21-year-old John Quincy Singleton, Jr. They say he is a person of interest in Saturday morning's shooting that happened at Nocturnal Bottle Club in New Port Richey around 3:30 a.m.

According to preliminary reports, several females in the club were arguing when Singleton started shooting at them. None of them were hurt but Irvin Watts Jr., 28, of Tarpon Springs was shot and killed. Craig Fowler, 17, of Tarpon Springs was also hit but is expected to live.

The Pasco County Sheriff's Office says Singleton is also a suspect in an armed robbery and aggravated battery that happened on January 16, 2010.

Singleton weighs 200 pounds, is six feet tall, and has long dreadlocks. Detectives say he frequents the areas of Dade City, Lacoochee, Port Richey, New Port Richey and Tarpon Springs.

The Pasco Sheriff's Office asks that you do not make contact with him. If you see him, they prefer that you call the Pasco County Sheriff's Office instead at 727-844-7711.
