Tampa, FL - Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Vincent Jackson has many faces, but his most important catch is off the field, helping "little faces" understand the life of being in a military family.
"Being a military brat, my dad did 21 years in the Army. So it's near and dear to my heart," said Jackson.
So on Veterans Day he launched the "Jackson In Action 83 Foundation," a charity which supports military families dealing with deployment, especially the youth.
"You know we do a lot of stuff, supporting their emotional health, their education and making sure like some days like today, doing physical activity."
His foundation had its first youth camp at One Buccaneer Place, where Jackson got kids outside and showed them some "old school" fun while teaching them an important life lesson.
"Teaching them teamwork, being a good citizen, being a good sport, listen to their parents," said Jackson.
The Pro Bowler knows all about teamwork, his passion and dedication isn't only to the Bucs but making big moves in the lives of these young champions.
