ST. PETERSBURG, Florida - October 27 is"Make a Difference Day," the largest national day of community service sponsored by our sister publication USA Today Weekend.

In honor of the day, two young women joined us on the Saturday morning show who've made a big difference for animals over the past few years raising money for the Suncoast Animal League.

Sarah Tinsley and Eleni Lambrianos, both 12 years old, held the "The Sunshine Girls" lemonade and cookie stand today to raise money for the Suncoast Animal League.

Rick Chaboudy from the Suncoast Animal League also joined us to talk about how the money these girls raise makes a difference for the animals in the facility's care.
