Winter Park, Florida -- A follow up to our story last week telling you how red light camera company American Traffic Solutions was tearing up some questionable tickets because of short yellow lights.
Now, the City of Winter Park is refunding about $90,000 in tickets because the yellow lights were not adjusted to the longer minimums prompted by our year-long 10 Investigates "Short Yellow Light" series.
Meanwhile, critics are still calling on the City of St. Pete to issue refunds to hundreds of drivers they believe were wrongly-ticketed.
