While the TSA is downplaying the incident where four Middle Eastern men caused a disturbance on the flight, Congressmen are saying there needs to be a federal review.
The TSA is pushing back, saying the Pilots Union, flight crew and federal Air Marshals are overreacting about the disturbance on US Airways Flight 1880.
But Orlando Rep. John Mica, who is the former head of the Transportation Committee, has a vastly different opinion.
Mica told us Friday, "The TSA has a lot of problems."
The Congressman blasted the way the TSA has operated and dealt with threats in the past, saying among other things, "This is no joke," and "the TSA is a bloated bureaucracy." He is not willing to let this latest incident drop.
Mica says, "Homeland Security, the TSA, the Federal Air Marshals have to connect the dots."

And Mica isn't the only one concerned. Senator Marco Rubio's office released this statement that said, "We are troubled by the report." Rubio, a member of the Senate Intelligence Committee "is looking to get more details about the case."
Meanwhile Harry Norman, who is the number two man in the Federal Marshal Office in the Orlando/Tampa area and didn't know about the incident until he saw our report, sent out an email with a heads up to all Air Marshals in his office.
Norman included a link to our investigation saying, "Interesting read and right in our backyard."
TSA officials, US Airways representatives and Congressman John Mica have provided statements in response to our investigation. You can read each statement in its entirety below:
