Why politicians are Franking away your tax dollars

It's a practice that's been around since colonial times and it's called "franking." What does it mean? Free mail for members of Congress.

The idea is to keep constituents informed of the issues each year, but Congress spent tens of millions of dollars last year on mass communication - much of it, bragging about achievements and political positions.  

Tonight at 11 p.m., 10 News Investigator Noah Pransky tells you who spends your tax dollars the most.

A hint: one Tampa Bay representative spent more than $250,000 last year on "Franking."
