Largo, Florida -- Three days after shining a spotlight on illegal telemarketing tactics and possible fraud in the workplace, the 10 News Investigators continue to field complaints from former associates of Tom Graham.

Graham, 52, ran a financial-help business that went by countless different names.  But it wasn't licensed and it was deceiving employees into thinking they'd get paid.  More than a dozen have reached out to 10 News complaining they never got their paychecks.

Last week, Graham shut the company's telemarketing business down after questions from the 10 News Investigators.

One week later, a group of former employees went back to the company's office because they were told they could finally collect their paychecks.  However, they say there were given yet another excuse why there was no money for them.

Former managers at the business say the company sold debt-saddled consumers "education" about paying off their credit cards.  But the help could cost upwards of $1,000 and often didn't result in lower payments.

The 10 News Investigators recommend filing a complaint with the following offices if you've had trouble with Tom Graham or one of his companies:
Florida Attorney General
Florida Dept. of Financial Services
DOACS (telemarketing regulations)
US Dept. of Labor
