Tampa, Florida  -  Tucked on the Tampa-facing side of Harbour Island, Cafe Dufrain creates an American regional cuisine that changes seasonally and relies on what's fresh in the Bay area.

Three  quarters of the menu is sustainable, organic and/or locally grown. With an eye on freshness, Cafe Dufrain is committed to the sustainable movement.

The wine list is ever changing, since they are always looking for  the perfect match to a meal.

PASTURE PRIME FRIED CHICKEN & WAFFLES:
Eden's nectar spiced honey, smoked bacon
braised collards, buttermilk waffles.

VEGETARIAN PLATE:
Faro risotto, roasted urban oasis fall vegetables,
rosemary lemon oil.

URBAN OASIS MIXED GREENS:
Watermelon radish, fresh figs,
candy cane beets, pine nut 'bark'.

CRISP DUCK:
Maple clove lacquered, root vegetable
pulled duck hash brown, fried brussel leaf salad.

CALAMARI:
pickled banana peppers, burnt sweet onion,
charred chili aioli.
