The menu changes often, as the executive chef picks from the finest and freshest seafood from the Chilean Coast, Bering Strait, Chesapeake Bay, Gulf of Mexico, Great Lakes, Cape Cod, and the Atlantic and Pacific oceans.
One added feature is that you can purchase all of your seafood directly from the restaurant, Mitchell's has a full seafood market and sells everything by the pound.

Lobster & Shrimp Stuffed Pacific Cod
Baked and served with a lemon butter sauce and sautéed asparagus.
Cedar Plank Salmon
Oven roasted cherry tomatoes, cremini mushrooms, shaved fennel and red onion, goat cheese, sautéed asparagus, and sun-dried tomato pesto.
Shang Hai Seafood Sampler
Fresh Atlantic salmon, scallops and shrimp, steamed with ginger and scallions served with sticky rice, spinach and rice wine soy sauce.
Georges Bank sea scallops, shrimp, spinach and mushrooms sautéed in a shellfish butter sauce and served over roasted redskin potatoes.
Hoisin Glazed Yellowfin Tuna
Stir-fried vegetables, sweet sticky rice, wasabi.
