St. Petersburg, Florida--This is so easy to make! We love to make extra, because it's even better the next day.
I like to pour a ready made, organic spaghetti sauce over the top after I get it out of the oven so there's no way anyone can tell if you accidentally overcooked it!

Italian Turkey Meatloaf
2 pounds ground white turkey
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 cups sundried tomato pasta sauce (buy an extra jar just in case you want to pour more over the top)
3 garlic cloves (or more if you want kick!)
1 package fresh basil
1 cup fresh grated real parm cheese
Preheat oven to 375. In a bowl, combine ground turkey, eggs, bread crumbs, balsamic vinegar, pasta sauce, minced garlic and chopped, fresh basil.
Place in ovenproof casserole dish. Pour remaining sauce over the top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake about 35 minutes.
Serve with steamed, organic veggies or a salad and enjoy!
