I can't take any credit for creating these incredible marinated, grilled steak soft tacos.
I came home during my dinner break one night and found these juicy, garlic, creamy soft tacos waiting for me!
They are KILLER!

My husband Mike says the key is to buy a good piece of grass-fed filet, marinate it for 2 days in Amy's Ginger Marinade (available at Whole Foods or health store) or make your own.
Mike doesn't exactly measure his ingredients for his homemade marinade. It goes something like this: 2 minced cloves of fresh garlic, Tamari, olive oil, sea salt and honey.

Here's what you'll need:
-Marinade (slightly sweet like Amy's Ginger Marinade)
-2 grass-fed filets
-6 large red radishes
-2 ripe avocados
-2 garlic cloves
-1/2 cup chopped cilantro
-8 whole wheat tortillas
-Sea salt & pepper
In a bowl add minced fresh garlic, diced avocados and radishes cut into half moons. Squeeze fresh limes over the top and add sea salt and pepper. Stir together gently in the bowl so you don't squish the avocado. Lime juice will help keep avocados from turning brown, but cover the bowl while you grill your steaks.
Right before your steaks are done, wrap and stack your tortillas in a damp kitchen towel and microwave for 1 minute until hot. You can also wrap them in foil and warm them in your oven on the lower rack for 5 minutes.
Cut your steak crosswise into thin, diagonal slices. Place steak in your tortilla with a row of salsa. No cheese or sour cream needed!
