What are your HEALTHY HABITS?

A lot of people tell me it takes too much time to be healthy. Who has time to cook or even exercise? Do you hear that too?

How do you make it all happen?

While I agree it does take some preparation (Sunday I usually go to the grocery store to plan what we'll eat for the week) I physically look & feel better eating fresh & simple foods compared to when I was a slave to sugar.

(Sugar used to be my fuel. Nothing like a pound of red licorice at my desk to give me that jolt! It took a couple of years before I realized how much food influenced my health.)

 The healthy changes are worth it to me and many others who are taking control of their health.

I'd love to hear how you eat healthy meals on the run.
