ORLANDO, Fla. (WKMG) - The lead attorney representing Casey Anthony threatened legal action Sunday against the person he said hacked his client's computer and illegally obtained her video diary.
Appearing on Fox News' "Geraldo at Large," Jose Baez told Geraldo Rivera that Anthony did not leak two videos that surfaced online last week.
"They were private webcam videos solely intended for her and certainly were not meant to be disseminated in any way," Baez said. "I think this is outrageous that this is happening."
The black-and-white videos showed Anthony, who over the summer was found not guilty of murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee, sitting in front of a webcam discussing parts of her life. Anthony, who says she's adopted a dog, did not mention Caylee or her family in the videos.
An Ohio man claims that he discovered the videos on the Internet and reposted a link to them on Facebook.
Anthony is currently serving probation on check fraud charges in an undisclosed Florida location.
